1. Shipping label
After placing your order, you’ll receive a shipping label by email to print and attach to your package. You can then drop it off free of charge at a DPD point near you.
2. Secure packaging
Do you have your glasses case? Place your glasses inside before sending. You will, of course, get your case back.
Tips:
Put the case in a padded envelope or small cardboard box.
Make sure the box is securely closed; extra tape is recommended.
3. No suitable packaging?
No problem. At checkout, select ‘Send me packaging’. You’ll receive a cardboard box with a shipping label included. This costs €6.50 and may add an extra 5–8 working days for processing.
4. Drop off in person
Prefer to drop off your glasses in person? Visit one of our partner opticians. Select ‘Drop off at service point’ as the shipping method at checkout. No appointment needed. You’ll be notified once your glasses are ready for pickup.
